Position Overview

Naboo sells to R&D and platform leadership at enterprises running AI agents in production. Our average deal cycle is 2-4 weeks: outbound, discovery, technical evaluation via Forward Deployed Agent, security review, close. Customers today include Global-e (NASDAQ: GLBE), Melio, Fiverr, monday, and Lemonade.

As Naboo's first dedicated US Enterprise Sales hire, you own the outbound-to-close motion for the US market. You partner with Forward Deployed Agents on every technical evaluation, work with the Founders on strategic accounts, and build the US sales playbook as you go.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the full US enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, technical deep dive with a Forward Deployed Agent, security review, procurement, close.
  • Build and maintain a $5M+ qualified pipeline focused on R&D-led buyers (VP Engineering, Head of Platform, CTO, VP AI/Data).
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Agents to run 2-4 week technical evaluations against real customer questions.
  • Represent Naboo at industry events (KubeCon, AWS re:Invent, RSA, AI Engineer Summit, MLOps World).
  • Build the US sales playbook: ICP definition, discovery framework, technical-evaluation motion, security-review playbook, procurement kit.
  • Provide structured customer-conversation feedback into product roadmap and positioning.
  • Support the Founder-led sales overlap on strategic accounts.

Skills You Must Have

  • 5+ years enterprise B2B software sales, at least 2 selling to R&D, platform engineering, or AI/ML buyers.
  • Track record of closing $250K+ ARR enterprise deals with technical champions and CFO/CISO gates.
  • Comfortable running technical evaluations (RBAC, on-prem / VPC deployment, security review) without needing an engineer in the room for every step.
  • Founder-led-sales collaboration DNA - you can walk into a call with the CEO and add value, not friction.
  • Written and verbal communication tight enough for a CTO's inbox.
  • Willing to travel 25-35% for customer workshops and events.

Bonus Points

  • Prior sales experience at an AI infrastructure, developer tools, or data platform company (LangChain, Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Existing relationships with VP Engineering / Head of Platform buyers at Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, defense).
  • Comfortable explaining what a Model Context Protocol server does.
